Llama United, is published by Macmillan, and is available to buy from 4 May 2017. It’s suitable for ages 7 to 170. If you like football, animals, silly people or just like a laugh, then you should buy this book.
You can buy it in big bookshops (like Waterstones, WHSmiths and Foyles), supermarkets (hiding amongst the apples) and hopefully lots of independent retailers across the UK too. You can also get it online from places like Amazon and Hive.
It is considerably cheaper than many other football related products, including tickets, replica kits, scarves, wooly hats, duvet covers, programmes, a new left-back and luke-warm pies.
It will also last a lot longer than most of those things, unless you throw it in a swimming pool.
Don’t throw it in a swimming pool, or any other things that contain water.

What’s it about?
What happens when eleven llamas unknowingly eat the ashes of one of the greatest footballers of all time? They become brilliant at football, of course! Managed by eleven-year-old Tim, his unusual friend Cairo and Scottish World Cup-winner McCloud (yes that *happened* apparently), Llama United goes on an amazing cup run. But who wants to lose to a team of stupid llamas? Nobody, that’s who!
Rival teams will do anything in their power to stop Llama United in its tracks. When the best cup in the world is at stake, football can be a nasty old business.
Illustrated throughout by Sarah Horne, it’s time to get behind the team with an impossible dream!
